Ordering
Online
: After adding products to your shopping cart, you can add, remove, or change
quantities for individual items. When you are ready to checkout, follow the
"checkout" button in the shopping cart to conduct your transaction on our
secure server. Nothing will be billed to your credit card until you complete
the checkout process, and we will not charge your card until your items ship.
By Phone
: You can also order by phone by calling (866) 546-6459 (within the USA) or +1
(212) 931-8526 (outside the USA). We are usually able to pick up calls during
normal business hours (9-5 Mountain time). You can also leave a message on our
24 hour answering service, and we will call you back within 24 hours (usually
much sooner). We will also be happy to answer any product questions you might
have.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can safely
enter your credit card number on our secure server, which encrypts all
transmitted information using industry-standard SSL technology. If you prefer,
you can also pay by check by mailing your payment as described above.
Our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible. In the unlikely event
that anything is out of stock, we will notify you of the delay. We will not
bill your credit card until your order ships.
Shipping
We understand how important it is to receive your order quickly, and we will do
everything possible to get it to you as promptly as possible. We ship all
orders received by 3PM MST within 1 - 2 business days, assuming all items are
in stock. Out of stock items will ship immediately once available. We will
email you once items are available.
We offer a variety of shipping options from DHL and USPS, including
everything from Media Mail to Next Day Air. You will have the opportunity
to select the option of your choice during the checkout process. All shipping
charges are based on real-time rates -- we are not in the business of making
money on your shipping charges. We also apply a small handling
charge to each order. Note that additional costs may apply to orders
shipped internationally, and that international customers may have to pay an
import duty tax depending on the item's value and the customs rules for your
country.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipping to the state of New Mexico.
Orders shipping outside of New Mexico will not be charged sales tax.
Tracking your Order
As soon as your order ships, we will send you an email to let you know it's on
its way. Depending on your shipping method, you may also receive a tracking
number for your order. This tracking number will allow you to check on the
status of your order while in transit. If you prefer, you can also email us at

Changing or Cancelling orders
If you need to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, email us

If your order has already shipped, you can return the shipment as described
below.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We will exchange or
refund any unused item within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in resaleable condition to be eligible for refund. However, if
you have a special request, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do
our utmost to satisfy you. Once the item is returned, we will refund your
credit card. Please note that shipping charges you originally paid, as well as shipping charges incurred in returning your order
to Open Texture are not refundable.
To return your order, follow these steps (or follow the return instructions on your original packing slip):

Include your name, email, order number, daytime phone, and a brief reason for
the return.

We will send you an email acknowledgement and answer any questions you may have.

Follow the instructions in the email to return your order. Please pack the
item(s) in the original packaging or equivalent. Be sure to write your RA# on
the original packing slip and include it in the package.

purchase price back to the card used when placing the order.
